KERRY ENGELMANN

Kerry is a licensed home inspector in the state of South Dakota and 26 year military veteran where he served in a variety of capacities including Field Artillery, Logistics, Recruiting & Special Operations . Kerry has an extensive background in construction, working in residential and commercial construction through high school and college, learning everything from concrete work to framing to drywall, plumbing and electrical rough-in, HVAC, roofing, siding, door/window installation and finish work.

Kerry's passion is all things real estate, and in addition to inspecting residential & commercial properties, he is actively involved in new construction and renovation projects as he continues to hone his construction expertise and business acumen. Kerry is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of South Dakota, with a goal of eventually becoming a full-time commercial real estate agent. Kerry's education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and he is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration.

BRETT ENGELMANN

Brett is a South Dakota native, US Army Veteran, an avid outdoor enthusiast and Certified Professional Inspector licensed in the state of South Dakota. Brett was introduced to construction at an early age and soon discovered his love for handcrafted furniture and the building trades, which were passed on to him from his father and uncles.

Brett went on to study electrical mechanical engineering at Southeast Technical Institute and has been involved in residential building for over sixteen years. His experience includes multiple new home construction and home renovation projects where he has been involved in every aspect of construction including HVAC, roofing, siding, electrical and plumbing. His latest project was the management of the renovation of a 1938 two-story Victorian home. Brett continues to follow his passion for residential construction as a Certified Professional Inspector at All American Inspection Company.
